Charity Festival 2015 Notice
The 2015 Strathendrick RFC Mini-Rugby Charity Festival, now in its 9th Year, will take place on 26 April. Since it started, this festival has raised over £34,000 for Strathcarron, CHAS and the Prince and Princess of Wales’ Hospices and is the largest of its kind in Scotland. This year, over 800 kids will be taking part from 14 clubs.
ADVANCE NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: CAR PARKING on 26 April 2015 (11am-5pm)
The Sports Club and surrounding area will be extremely busy on the day and getting around the village will take a bit longer than usual. We are asking you for your patience on what is both a really fun day for all and a great fundraiser for the Hospices.
Every effort will be made to try and minimise disruption on the day to residents. Arrangements are in hand for dealing with clubs coming by bus and we will have parking marshalls in place to keep the main road clear. All clubs have been asked to remind their teams that drivers should park responsibly and driveways, access roads etc are not to be blocked.
