Fintry Music Festival 1997-2011
Tickets can be picked up from the bar in advance of the Festival during normal hours or on the evening of the event. In order to pick up your tickets you may be required to present:
- A valid photo, driver’s licence or passport
- The credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets
- Ticket order confirmation email print out
TICKET SALES: Please remember to bring photo ID, the credit card you paid with or if you paid by Paypal, a print out of your email confirmation when you pick up your tickets. Staff cannot release tickets at the club or on the door if the name on the ID and credit card do not match the name used to purchase the ticket or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
TICKET DELIVERY: Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible by “Royal Mail Signed For” post. If you have not received your tickets within 5 days of the event, please contact us. Tickets will only be dispatched to the billing address of the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit/debit card company, we may cancel your tickets. A charge of £2 is applied to bookings requiring postal delivery.
