TICKET SALES: Staff will not release the tickets if the name on the ID and credit card do not match the name used to purchase the ticket or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
TICKET DELIVERY: Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible and by “Royal Mail Signed For” post. If you have not received your tickets within 5 days of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Tickets will only be dispatched to the billing address of the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit/debit card company, we may cancel your tickets.
*A charge of £2 is applied to bookings requiring postal delivery.
